I graduated with a degree in studio arts and am currently working on my MA in gerontology. I mainly draw and paint, although I am trained in most mediums. In my work, I use humor to bring insight into society and individuals.
I am interested in working creatively with older adults who have dementia. I strive to work with humor and one's personal history to bring out the creative potential in individuals. I have worked with people who have dementia in visual arts and am a certified TimeSlips facilitator.
