Sunrise Seniors Story Theater

North Branch

North Branch Community Education initiated the Sunrise Seniors Story Theater troop for the opening of our new school building three years ago. Senior citizens joined the troop and took the lead to select stories, coordinate practice and performance times, and to help recruit new seniors each year. They now perform at two elementary schools, the library, and at other community events. Sunrise Seniors Story Theater reads up to three stories per performance selecting a variety of fun, meaningful stories to share with youth.
